This week I am continuing to work on blocking the shots for the animatic, specifically some of the fight scene with Baaj, which was my main focus this week.

I went over and clarified with my team what the background should look like, and we made sure that what I made was the same stylistically/aesthetically as the backgrounds in the rest of the film. We also took the eagle rig and replaced the textures with a matte black texture so that it wouldn't look so out of place as a bald eagle in our film.

Overall the biggest difficulty was getting certain parts of the timing in the bird's flight to look right, and I had to compromise some of that in favor of getting the shots done in time, so certain parts still look fairly weird.
